Playing to Your Strengths:
Your Roadmap to Excellence & Personal Fulfillment
Do you know your strengths? Are you living your strengths?
More than any other factor, playing to your strengths enhances personal fulfillment, effectiveness - and is the greatest opportunity for excellence in all aspects of your life.
Come prepared to learn the impact that strengths awareness can have on you personally and on your performance at work, home and in your community -- and how to identify the areas where you have the greatest potential for building strength.
In our time together, we will bust the myths that may be holding you back from true fulfillment. You will learn the components of and recognize the signs of a strength as well as explore ideas for how to manage around your weaknesses. We'll introduce the CliftonStrengths* assessment and send you off with the information and tools you need to rise to your strengths' edge!
*CliftonStrengths is the outcome of a 40-year study of human strengths, conducted by the Gallup Organization. 34 distinct, statistically-significant areas where people naturally tend to exhibit consistent, near flawless performance, were identified. From there, the CliftonStrengths assessment was developed to help people discover and describe their personal strengths.
