EnCompass project management software keeps your projects organized and accessible. Use it to track all of your action items, milestones, PO’s, and progress updates. Reporting features easily allow you to keep your stakeholders informed.
Define your project with a charter, objectives, scope, and deliverable up front, before the project starts and use it to manage expectations from kickoff through completion. Refer to it often to keep the project definition fresh in stakeholders’ minds.
Keep track of important milestones that form the high-level schedule for your project. Add current status comments to the milestones, and you have the basis for a monthly report to management to keep everyone in the loop.
For day-to-day activities and assignments, use action items. EnCompass makes it easy to keep track of who is supposed to do what, and creates action item reports to show all open items either by project or by assignee.
Bring it all together: Milestones, comments, and completed action items make up the Project History report which gathers these key elements and displays them in chronological order. This report is very helpful when trying to reconstruct what happened on a project for lessons learned, or for finding the timeline of decision-making.
All in all, EnCompass gives you all of the critical tools you need in order to define, plan, track, and report on your projects from kick-off to turnover.
For more detailed information, you can review the Quick-Start Guide here: http://tinyurl.com/EnCompassQuickStart

This seminar provides a comprehensive explanation of construction contractor's rights and remedies. It provides detailed descriptions of the actual laws of the industry in the lingo those in the construction industry will understand.
Have you ever been told by the Construction Manager on a project; “The clean up for the job is $50,000. There are eight prime contractors on site so your portion is $6,250”? Then you had to “eat” this cost because you wanted to get the balance of your contract payment. If so, then you paid $6,250 too much!
We have all noticed the changes in recent years of added paperwork and more people in the day to day operations of a construction site. There is no doubt anyone in the industry has had the feeling that they have been treated unfairly on a job or had their rights taken away by someone else, or possibly have been a victim of someone else’s misfortune and had no way to recover.
This workshop will teach you how to protect yourself against these types of things happening again. We provide you with the most comprehensive explanation of your rights under the contract. After this seminar you will feel as though no job is too complicated.
We will provide and explain during the course of the seminar the actual laws of the industry (included in the handouts for you to keep). These will give you an upper hand in defending your rights. We also provide and explain to you our copyrighted paperwork which helps to defend your position all the way through the project with no added costs to you. We also offer alternative ways to save your company money, increase your cash flow, and shorten your collection time.
Today’s construction business is not about making friends like it used to be, but about survival. This course is taught by people who used this paperwork and “survived”, AND received a $2.8 million check from the City of Rochester for their claim.

Jim Loewke, President of Loewke & Brill Consulting Group
