SYNOPSIS
Our AM on PM (morning on project managment) breakfast events occur each month, the second Friday of the month. The topic is based on PSA's monthly theme, which is one of the nine Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK. We will be there to network with you and to facilitate an interactive discussion on our monthly topic.

"Planning your destiny - a case study on planning methodologies"
Audra was most recently a Global Program Director at Bausch and Lomb. She will present a case study of utilizing progressive elaboration planning techniques to drive project management maturity in an organization with a successful execution of delivering on time.
