EnCompass project management software keeps your projects organized and accessible. Use it to track all of your action items, milestones, PO’s, and progress updates. Reporting features easily allow you to keep your stakeholders informed.

Define your project with a charter, objectives, scope, and deliverable up front, before the project starts and use it to manage expectations from kickoff through completion. Refer to it often to keep the project definition fresh in stakeholders’ minds.

Keep track of important milestones that form the high-level schedule for your project. Add current status comments to the milestones, and you have the basis for a monthly report to management to keep everyone in the loop.

For day-to-day activities and assignments, use action items. EnCompass makes it easy to keep track of who is supposed to do what, and creates action item reports to show all open items either by project or by assignee.

Bring it all together: Milestones, comments, and completed action items make up the Project History report which gathers these key elements and displays them in chronological order. This report is very helpful when trying to reconstruct what happened on a project for lessons learned, or for finding the timeline of decision-making.

All in all, EnCompass gives you all of the critical tools you need in order to define, plan, track, and report on your projects from kick-off to turnover.
