SYNOPSIS
Our AM on PM (morning on project managment) breakfast events occur each month, the second Friday of the month. The topic is based on PSA's monthly theme, which is one of the nine Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK. We will be there to network with you and to facilitate an interactive discussion on our monthly topic.

Topic: How to Build an Agile Schedule Using Microsoft Project
Overview:
This presentation will demonstrate how to build an Agile Schedule that may be used for development-type projects. We will also address actual project issues attendees are trying to resolve at work using Microsoft Project as well as MSP tips and tricks. Learning Objectives: During this event, you will learn How to create an Agile Schedule. By addressing problems you may be having with a Microsoft Project file you will learn how to debug a schedule and tips to make you more productive in managing your project.
