What differentiates the Project Solvers of America from other project management training and consulting providers? In two words; customer service. We do not run an assembly line, fly into town, run bodies through training classes, and fly out. We take the time to ensure that what you've left a course with is actionable. Included in our course fees are:
- Pre-course objective interviews; why do you want this course, what problem are you hoping to solve?
- Training classes, consulting, or a combination of both
- Post-course written action plans and a survey, the questions of which are formed as a result of your specific action plan
- 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month check-in to review your surveys.
It's not enough to learn course material, in fact that's only a small part of it! Tangible improvements are made by those who can best integrate change into their corporate environment. We therefore provide you with the tools to effect a change, via learnings in class, and the assistance to manage the change back at the office.
Our interest is not so much in did we provide you with good, nice to have information, as in enabling you to deliver successful projects!
PSA, Inc. is your Project Managment Center of Excellence. We provide company on-site consulting services; whether you need an experienced Project Management Professional (PMP)®-certified Project Manager to manage a project, someone to assist you with scheduling, or have a particular issue you'd like assistance and recommendations on, we can help.
Each PSA representative is a resource and Subject Matter Expert on a variety of project management activities.
Do you need a project manager to supplement your current staff?
Do you need a project manager short-term to fill a vacancy?
Do you want to turn to a sourcing solution that you can rely on to provide you with capable, experienced, and effective project managers that we can vouch for?
We can also provide you with consulting on setting up and maintaining a Project Management Office, and can even staff one for you. A PMO, if done effectively, can add measurable value to your organization that returns any investment made it and then some. Contact us to learn the difference between a PMO that has the best chance of meeting your organizational objectives vs one that is ripe for dissolution.
After a complementary assessment we will provide you with a written proposal.
Areas of expertise that we regularly consult on:
- Creation of Vision, Mission, and Value Statements and how to integrate into your culture

- How to institute a Project Management Office
- How to diagnose and correct team issues
- Mastering skills with MS Project
- How to plan in, mitigate, and prepare for project risk
- Assessment of organizational project management maturity
- Project audits
- Interviewing project manager candidates you wish to bring on
- And more!
That's the Project Solver's difference!
A short, systematic and objective evaluation on your project, program, or business concern (depending on the area you wish to emphasize) that provides an assessment of your process and includes a gap analysis on areas to be implemented.
This could be an organizational maturity assessment (as in PMI's OPM3), or an assessment of a custom process you have, or wish to have, in place.
